Terms of Service and Prices

Payment
I work with 50-100% upfront payment (your choice).
I will begin work after receiving the agreed prepayment.
Payment is accepted via Xoom (PayPal).
If 50% payment is chosen, the remaining 50% must be paid before I send the final high-resolution file.Refund Policy
Full refund is available only if I haven't started the sketch.
If the commission is cancelled after work has begun, the refund will be partial and based on the amount of work already completed.Process & Revisions
After receiving payment, I will send you a sketch, which we will discuss and refine together.
I provide three free revisions per stage.
Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
Final files are delivered after full payment is completed.Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the type and complexity of the commission.
Typical completion time is 1-4 weeks, depending on workload and the client's feedback speed.
Delays may occur if feedback is slow.
You may request updates, but please do not ask daily.

Client's Rights
The artwork is for personal use by default.
Commercial use requires an additional +100% of the base price.
In case of commercial reproduction or resale, crediting me as the artist is mandatory, and specific usage terms must be discussed in advance.
The artwork may not be claimed as your own.

AI & NFTs
My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or blockchain-related purposes under any circumstances.Copyright
